  Where does coaching take place?
  Telephone - Coaching usually takes place over the telephone...so you don't even need to
  leave your home or office. You just need to find a quiet place where you won't be
  interrupted for an hour!

  Face-to-face - If you live in East or West Sussex or on the Kent / Sussex border and you are
  able to travel easily, coaching can take place in person in Newick. Other venues can be
  arranged if circumstances require.

  Email - Free email support is available to all clients in between sessions.
  Additionally, email-only coaching packages are available to anyone who has had at least
  4 telephone or face-to-face sessions.

  Text - In certain situations, coaching via text messages can be arranged.










Telephone coaching or... if you would like to work with a life coach face to face, clients from Haywards Heath,
Brighton, Burgess Hill, Lewes, Crawley, Worthing, Newick, Uckfield, Crowborough, Eastbourne, Hove, Chelwood Gate,
Hassocks, Horsham, Hurstpierpoint & surrounding areas in Sussex have no problems travelling to me
