Why do people employ a Coach?
People will enlist the assistance of a Coach because they want to improve and make
changes to some or all areas of their life or work (see examples under 'What is
Coaching' question). Anyone who feels dissatisfied with the direction an aspect of their
life is going in could benefit from coaching.

Many people would argue that its common sense and that they don’t need a life coach
to help them sort things out. That may be so for some very lucky people, however, often
people don’t do what they say they are going to do, and life just keeps ticking by,
problems get worse, or they get more stressed, and dreams never become reality.

Sharing things with someone else and really opening yourself up to the possibility of
change, is a massive step towards actually making things happen differently. Having
a coach helps you to be more accountable to actions that you've committed to & means
that more often than not things are achieved!

Its also really good to have someone there with you every step of the way to provide
support, lots of encouragement and enthusiasm for what you’re doing, and someone to
confide in along the way. That way you’re not doing it alone.

A coach is professionally trained to get you more effectively to the real 'nub' of the issue,
using an array of powerful  techniques and incisive exercises. Being coached is such a
dynamic, and, motivating process  - you'll be amazed at how much you can achieve!
